Estatal de Vivienda 2018-2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Consejo de Ministros aprob\u00f3 el pasado 5 de marzo el nuevo\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.boe.es\/diario_boe\/txt.php?id=BOE-A-2018-3358\">Plan Estatal de Vivienda<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0que incluye una serie de ayudas para la\u00a0<strong>adquisici\u00f3n y el alquiler de vivienda por parte de j\u00f3venes menores de 35 a\u00f1os\u00a0<\/strong>(en el momento de la solicitud).<\/p>\n<p>Este plan ha sido consensuado de la mano de las Comunidades Aut\u00f3nomas y tendr\u00e1 una<strong>\u00a0vigencia de cuatro a\u00f1os<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El objetivo <\/strong>que persigue el Plan Estatal de Vivienda<strong>\u00a0es facilitar a los j\u00f3venes el acceso al disfrute de una vivienda digna y adecuada en r\u00e9gimen de alquiler y <\/strong>por otra<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>parte<strong> evitar la despoblaci\u00f3n\u00a0de municipios peque\u00f1os, facilitando a los j\u00f3venes el acceso a la adquisici\u00f3n o rehabilitaci\u00f3n de una vivienda en dichos municipios.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En el caso de las <strong>ayudas destinadas para el alquiler de vivienda de j\u00f3venes<\/strong>, se ofrecen ayudas de hasta el 50% de alquiler mensual para un plazo de 3 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Los requisitos para poder acceder a la vivienda de alquiler para j\u00f3venes<\/strong> son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La unidad familiar debe disponer de unos ingresos inferiores a tres veces el valor del IPREM, es decir unos ingresos brutos anuales inferiores a 22.558,7 indicados en la \u00faltima declaraci\u00f3n de la renta presentada.<\/li>\n<li>El <strong>importe del alquiler debe ser igual o inferior a los 600 \u20ac\/mensuales<\/strong>, pudiendo alcanzar 900\u20ac en casos justificados.<\/li>\n<li>La <strong>residencia debe constar como residencia habitual y permanente <\/strong>durante el per\u00edodo que se adjudica la ayuda.<\/li>\n<li>La persona que recibe dicha ayuda n<strong>o puede ser propietario o usufructuario de una vivienda en Espa\u00f1a.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>En cuanto a las ayudas para la compra de vivienda de j\u00f3venes, <\/strong>encontramos ayudas a la compra de vivienda de j\u00f3venes que alcanzan\u00a0hasta 10.800\u20ac\u00a0con un l\u00edmite del 20% por el precio de adquisici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Los requisitos para poder acceder a la compra de vivienda para j\u00f3venes<\/strong> son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La unidad familiar debe disponer de unos ingresos inferiores a tres veces el valor del IPREM, es decir unos ingresos brutos anuales inferiores a 22.558,7 indicados en la \u00faltima declaraci\u00f3n de la renta presentada.<\/li>\n<li>La <strong>residencia debe constar como residencia habitual y permanente <\/strong>durante un per\u00edodo m\u00ednimo de 5 a\u00f1os.<\/li>\n<li>La persona que recibe dicha ayuda n<strong>o puede ser propietario o usufructuario de una vivienda en Espa\u00f1a.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Posibilidad de adquirir una vivienda con un valor de compraventa hasta 100.000 \u20ac o inferior.<\/li>\n<li>La vivienda adquirida deber\u00e1 estar ubicada en un municipio de 5.000 habitantes o inferior.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aquellas personas mayores de 65 a\u00f1os que cuenten con unos ingresos inferiores a de 22.558,7 euros brutos al a\u00f1o tambi\u00e9n podr\u00e1n acceder a una ayuda del 50% del pago del alquiler, m\u00e1s un m\u00e1ximo de 200 euros mensuales para gastos de
