{"id":10053,"date":"2018-01-11T20:49:22","date_gmt":"2018-01-11T20:49:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centregestor.es\/?p=10053"},"modified":"2020-12-04T20:49:40","modified_gmt":"2020-12-04T20:49:40","slug":"el-salario-minimo-interprofesional-para-2018-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centregestor.es\/ca\/el-salario-minimo-interprofesional-para-2018-2\/","title":{"rendered":"El Salario M\u00ednimo Interprofesional para 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El pasado 30 de diciembre de 2017, se public\u00f3 en el BOE el Real Decreto 1077\/2017, de 29 de diciembre, por el que se fija el salario m\u00ednimo interprofesional (SMI) para 2018.<\/p>\n<p>De este modo se han establecido las cuant\u00edas que deber\u00e1n regir a partir del 1 de enero de 2018, tanto para los trabajadores fijos como para los eventuales o temporeros, as\u00ed como para los empleados de hogar.<\/p>\n<p>Las nuevas cuant\u00edas representan un incremento del 4% respecto de las vigentes entre el 1 de enero y el 31 de diciembre de 2017.<\/p>\n<p>El SMI para cualesquiera actividades en la agricultura, en la industria y en los servicios, sin distinci\u00f3n de sexo ni edad de los trabajadores,\u00a0<strong>queda fijado en 24,53 euros\/d\u00eda o 735,9 euros\/mes<\/strong>, seg\u00fan que el salario est\u00e9 fijado por d\u00edas o por meses. En c\u00f3mputo anual, el SMI queda establecido en <strong>10.302,6 euros.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En el salario m\u00ednimo se computa \u00fanicamente la retribuci\u00f3n en dinero, sin que el salario en especie pueda, en ning\u00fan caso, dar lugar a la minoraci\u00f3n de la cuant\u00eda \u00edntegra en dinero de aquel.<\/p>\n<p>El Real Decreto regula tambi\u00e9n el SMI para los trabajadores eventuales y temporeros cuyos servicios a una misma empresa no excedan de 120 d\u00edas, que queda <strong>fijado en 34,85 euros<\/strong> por jornada. Asimismo, para los empleados de hogar que trabajen por horas, en r\u00e9gimen externo, el SMI ser\u00e1 de <strong>5,76 euros<\/strong> por hora efectiva trabajada.<\/p>\n<p>Con independencia de las reglas de afectaci\u00f3n de las nuevas cuant\u00edas del SMI a los convenios colectivos que lo utilicen como referencia para determinar la cuant\u00eda o el incremento del salario base o de complementos salariales, el Real Decreto prev\u00e9 que los nuevos importes del SMI no resultan de aplicaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\">a) A las normas vigentes a 31 de diciembre de 2017 que utilicen el SMI como indicador o referencia del nivel de renta para determinar la cuant\u00eda de determinadas prestaciones o para acceder a determinadas prestaciones, beneficios o servicios p\u00fablicos, salvo disposici\u00f3n expresa en contrario.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\">b) A cualesquiera contratos y pactos de naturaleza privada vigentes en la fecha se\u00f1alada que utilicen el SMI como referencia a cualquier efecto, salvo que las partes acuerden la aplicaci\u00f3n de los nuevos importes del SMI.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, se prev\u00e9 incrementos del 5% y del 10% para los a\u00f1os 2019 y 2020, respectivamente, aunque la materializaci\u00f3n de lo acordado por el Gobierno y los interlocutores sociales se sujeta a que la econom\u00eda registre un crecimiento del PIB real del 2,5% o superior y un incremento de la afiliaci\u00f3n media a la Seguridad Social superior a las 450.000 personas, todo ello en t\u00e9rminos interanuales.
