{"id":10109,"date":"2017-09-22T21:14:57","date_gmt":"2017-09-22T21:14:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centregestor.es\/?p=10109"},"modified":"2020-12-04T21:15:21","modified_gmt":"2020-12-04T21:15:21","slug":"solicitud-de-cambio-de-base-de-cotizacion-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centregestor.es\/ca\/solicitud-de-cambio-de-base-de-cotizacion-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Solicitud de cambio de base de cotizaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Los trabajadores por cuenta propia o aut\u00f3nomos podr\u00e1n cambiar <strong>dos veces al a\u00f1o la base de cotizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, eligiendo otra, dentro de las establecidas en la norma, siempre que lo soliciten en la Direcci\u00f3n Provincial de la Tesorer\u00eda General de la Seguridad Social, Administraci\u00f3n de la misma o a trav\u00e9s del Servicio de Internet.<\/p>\n<p>El plazo durante el cual se puede efectuar el cambio de base de cotizaci\u00f3n es el comprendido entre <strong>1 de enero y el 30 de abril <\/strong>de cada a\u00f1o, que tendr\u00e1 efecto desde el 1 de julio siguiente, <strong>y antes del 1 de noviembre<\/strong> de cada a\u00f1o, tendr\u00e1n efectos desde el 1 de enero del a\u00f1o siguiente a la fecha de la solicitud.<\/p>\n<p>La renuncia a estas opciones podr\u00e1 realizarse en el mismo plazo y tendr\u00e1 efectos a partir del 31 de diciembre del a\u00f1o en que se presente la solicitud.<\/p>\n<p>En el supuesto de estar cotizando por cualquiera de las bases m\u00e1ximas del RETA, podr\u00e1n solicitar que su base se incremente autom\u00e1ticamente en el mismo porcentaje en que se incrementen las bases m\u00e1ximas, con el tope del l\u00edmite m\u00e1ximo.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, a\u00fan no cotizando por las bases m\u00e1ximas podr\u00e1n solicitar que se incremente su base autom\u00e1ticamente en el mismo porcentaje en que se incrementen las bases m\u00e1ximas, con el l\u00edmite del tope m\u00e1ximo aplicable al trabajador.<\/p>\n<p>El cambio de base de cotizaci\u00f3n consiste en:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Solicitar que mientras est\u00e9 dado de alta en este R\u00e9gimen Especial, su base de cotizaci\u00f3n se incremente autom\u00e1tica y anualmente en el mismo porcentaje en que se aumenten las bases m\u00e1ximas de cotizaci\u00f3n en este R\u00e9gimen.<\/li>\n<li>Modificar la base de cotizaci\u00f3n, en el R\u00e9gimen Especial indicado.<\/li>\n<li>Obtener un justificante de la solicitud realizada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El trabajador aut\u00f3nomo podr\u00e1 realizar tantas solicitudes como desee, siendo \u00fanicamente la \u00faltima petici\u00f3n realizada dentro de los plazos indicados, la que ser\u00e1 tenida en cuenta, con los efectos previstos.<\/p>\n<p>Podr\u00e1 elegir cualquier base de cotizaci\u00f3n de las comprendidas entre aquella por la que ven\u00eda cotizando y el l\u00edmite m\u00e1ximo que les sea de aplicaci\u00f3n, de acuerdo en todo caso con lo dispuesto en la Orden por la que se desarrollan las normas de cotizaci\u00f3n a la Seguridad Social vigente en cada momento.<\/p>\n<p>Para cualquier duda, aclaraci\u00f3n o asesoramiento sobre el cambio de base de cotizaci\u00f3n de aut\u00f3nomos pueden ponerse en contacto con nuestro despacho profesional.
