{"id":10111,"date":"2017-09-19T21:15:40","date_gmt":"2017-09-19T21:15:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centregestor.es\/?p=10111"},"modified":"2020-12-04T21:16:00","modified_gmt":"2020-12-04T21:16:00","slug":"la-capitalizacion-por-desempleo-como-impulso-al-emprendimiento-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centregestor.es\/ca\/la-capitalizacion-por-desempleo-como-impulso-al-emprendimiento-2\/","title":{"rendered":"La capitalizaci\u00f3n por desempleo como impulso al emprendimiento"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Todas aquellas personas que se encuentren en el paro, que est\u00e9n cobrando una prestaci\u00f3n contributiva por desempleo y quieran iniciar una actividad profesional como trabajadores aut\u00f3nomos pueden solicitar el pago \u00fanico de su prestaci\u00f3n, siempre y cuando cumplan una serie de requisitos.\u00a0Dicha acci\u00f3n recibe el nombre de <strong>capitalizaci\u00f3n por desempleo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo que persigue la capitalizaci\u00f3n por desempleo es el <strong>impulso de iniciativas de emprendedur\u00eda y empleo aut\u00f3nomo<\/strong>, a trav\u00e9s del abono anticipado de la prestaci\u00f3n correspondiente que ten\u00edan por cobrar. Este pago \u00fanico de la prestaci\u00f3n contributiva por desempleo tambi\u00e9n se puede solicitar para crear una sociedad.<\/p>\n<p>De este modo, el trabajador se podr\u00e1 establecer como trabajador aut\u00f3nomo, trabajador aut\u00f3nomo de una sociedad mercantil, socio trabajador de car\u00e1cter estable en una cooperativa o socio trabajador de car\u00e1cter estable en una sociedad laboral (tanto para sociedades ya existentes como de nueva creaci\u00f3n).<\/p>\n<p>Las prestaciones por desocupaciones percibidas en modalidad de pago \u00fanico, est\u00e1n exentas de IRPF, pero los solicitantes tendr\u00e1n la obligaci\u00f3n de mantener su actividad durante un per\u00edodo de cinco a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfA qu\u00e9 modalidades de pago \u00fanico se puede acoger?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La modalidad del <strong>pago \u00fanico<\/strong> se puede emplear en la totalidad de la inversi\u00f3n que el trabajador aut\u00f3nomo desee financiar. Tambi\u00e9n cabe la posibilidad de financiar los <strong>pagos mensuales por la cotizaci\u00f3n de los trabajadores a la Seguridad Social<\/strong>, presentando los justificantes pertinentes mes a mes. En cualquier caso, <strong>las dos modalidades se pueden combinar entre s\u00ed <\/strong>y se puede destinar hasta un 15% de la cuant\u00eda de la prestaci\u00f3n capitalizada al pago de servicios espec\u00edficos de asesoramiento, formaci\u00f3n e informaci\u00f3n relacionados con la actividad a emprender.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 condiciones se deben cumplir para poder solicitar el pago \u00fanico del paro?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Estar inscrito como demandante de ocupaci\u00f3n, manteniendo la inscripci\u00f3n durante el per\u00edodo que se percibe la pensi\u00f3n contributiva y suscribir el compromiso de actividad.<\/li>\n<li>Percibir una prestaci\u00f3n contributiva habiendo trabajado al menos 360 d\u00edas en los 6 a\u00f1os anteriores a la situaci\u00f3n legal de paro.<\/li>\n<li>En el momento de solicitar el pago \u00fanico deben quedar al menos 3 mensualidades a percibir y en el caso de tener derecho a la prestaci\u00f3n de cese de actividad, al menos 6 meses de paro.<\/li>\n<li>No haberse beneficiado de otro pago \u00fanico en los \u00faltimos 4 a\u00f1os.<\/li>\n<li>No haber compatibilizado el trabajo por cuenta propia con la prestaci\u00f3n contributiva en los 24 meses anteriores.<\/li>\n<li>No haber cumplido la edad ordinaria para jubilarse.<\/li>\n<li>Arrancar la actividad en un plazo m\u00e1ximo de un mes desde que se conceda la prestaci\u00f3n, pudi\u00e9ndose dar el alta como aut\u00f3nomo con fecha posterior a la solicitud.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 documentaci\u00f3n se debe presentar para ser beneficiario?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Impreso de la solicitud<\/li>\n<li>DNI o tarjeta de identidad de extranjeros (TIE) y pasaporte<\/li>\n<li>Documento que acredite la titularidad de la cuenta bancaria facilitada (cartilla, recibos\u2026)<\/li>\n<li>Memoria explicativa sobre el proyecto de inversi\u00f3n a realizar y actividad a desarrollar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfDesea emprender su actividad profesional y necesita ayuda?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Desde nuestra asesor\u00eda ponemos a su disposici\u00f3n a un amplio equipo de profesionales, que en todo momento est\u00e1 al corriente de los cambios relativos a la legislaci\u00f3n.
