La Seguretat Social posar\u00e0 a la disposici\u00f3 dels metges una guia amb taules de durada \u00f2ptima i de grau d&#8217;incid\u00e8ncia de les diferents patologies susceptibles de generar incapacitats temporals. El treballador t\u00e9 3 dies per lliurar els comunicats de baixa i confirmaci\u00f3 a l&#8217;empresa. Si durant el per\u00edode de baixa m\u00e8dica es produ\u00eds la finalitzaci\u00f3 del contracte de treball, el treballador haur\u00e0 de presentar aquesta baixa o comunicat davant l&#8217;entitat gestora o m\u00fatua, en el mateix termini de 3 dies.
