La mesura consisteix en que els primers 500 euros de salari de cada nou contracte indefinit no cotitzaran durant 2 anys. Les empreses de menys de 10 treballadors es podran beneficiar durant 1 any m\u00e9s d’una exempci\u00f3 sobre 250 euros.<\/p>\n


\nAquesta mesura substitueix a l’actual tarifa plana de 100 euros, la vig\u00e8ncia dels quals conclou el proper 31 de mar\u00e7 i que ha beneficiat a m\u00e9s de 200.000 persones. El nou incentiu va a estar vigent des de l’endem\u00e0 a la publicaci\u00f3 en el Butllet\u00ed Oficial de l’Estat del Reial decret-Llei per un per\u00edode de 18 mesos.<\/p>\n

\nLa mesura afavoreix especialment la contractaci\u00f3 dels col\u00b7lectius m\u00e9s vulnerables: aquells on es concentra m\u00e9s l’atur i la temporalitat. Aquells que manquen d’experi\u00e8ncia o de formaci\u00f3 o porten m\u00e9s temps en desocupaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n
