{"id":10353,"date":"2021-01-15T22:26:15","date_gmt":"2021-01-15T22:26:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centregestor.es\/?p=10353"},"modified":"2021-01-15T22:44:21","modified_gmt":"2021-01-15T22:44:21","slug":"la-filomena-amplia-els-terminis-per-pagaments-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centregestor.es\/ca\/la-filomena-amplia-els-terminis-per-pagaments-2\/","title":{"rendered":"La Filomena amplia els terminis per pagaments"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"summary\">\n<p>L&#8217;informem que al BOE del dia 14 de gener s&#8217;ha publicat l&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/boe\/dias\/2021\/01\/14\/pdfs\/BOE-A-2021-518.pdf\"><em>Ordre HAC\/5\/2021, de 13 de gener<\/em><\/a>, que est\u00e9n el termini de domiciliaci\u00f3 corresponent a la presentaci\u00f3 de determinades declaracions i autoliquidacions tribut\u00e0ries, per atendre les necessitats excepcionals derivades de la borrasca atmosf\u00e8rica \u00abFilomena\u00bb que al seu pas per la pen\u00ednsula Ib\u00e8rica ha impedit i dificultat el normal desenvolupament de tota classe d&#8217;activitats.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>S&#8217;estableix que els\u00a0<strong>terminis de presentaci\u00f3 de les declaracions i autoliquidacions tribut\u00e0ries assenyalades a l&#8217;annex II de l&#8217;Orde EHA\/1658\/2009, de 12 de juny<\/strong>, els terminis generals de presentaci\u00f3 telem\u00e0tica d&#8217;autoliquidacions amb domiciliaci\u00f3 de pagament que siguin fins al 15 de gener de 2021,\u00a0<strong>s&#8217;amplien excepcionalment fins a les 15.00 hores del dia 18 de gener de 2021<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sempre que el contribuent que efectu\u00ef la presentaci\u00f3 s&#8217;hagi vist afectat pels efectes de la borrasca \u00abFilomena\u00bb<\/li>\n<li>Dins de l&#8217;\u00e0mbit de les compet\u00e8ncies de l&#8217;Administraci\u00f3 tribut\u00e0ria de l&#8217;Estat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sense perjudici del que es disposa anteriorment,\u00a0<strong>el termini d&#8217;ingr\u00e9s de les autoliquidacions no experimenta modificaci\u00f3<\/strong>, per la qual cosa el dia 20 de gener de 2021 o l&#8217;immediat h\u00e0bil posterior si el 20 fos inh\u00e0bil, s&#8217;haur\u00e0 d&#8217;efectuar el deute de l&#8217;import domiciliat en el compte de l&#8217;obligat tributari.<\/p>\n<div class=\"post-content\">\n<div class=\"post-content\">\n<div class=\"post-content\">\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/Per%20qualsevol%20dubte%20si%20us%20plau,%20contacteu%20amb%20el%20nostre%20equip%20d%E2%80%99experts,%20per%20correu%20electr%C3%B2nic%20info@centregestor.es%20o%20si%20ho%20preferiu%20visiti%E2%80%99ns%20a%20les%20nostres%20oficines%20de%20lleida%2C%20barcelona%20o%20tremp.\/\">Per qualsevol dubte si us plau, contacteu amb el nostre equip d\u2019experts, per correu electr\u00f2nic info@centregestor.es o si ho preferiu visiti\u2019ns a les nostres oficines de Lleida, Barcelona o Tremp.<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;informem que al BOE del dia 14 de gener s&#8217;ha publicat l&#8217;Ordre HAC\/5\/2021, de 13 de gener, que<\/p>","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":10349,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_joinchat":[],"footnotes":""},"categories":[1092],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-10353","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-sin-categoria-ca"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 -
