{"id":7943,"date":"2018-03-31T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2018-03-31T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centregestor.es\/novetats-fiscals-per-autonoms-i-pimes-ii\/"},"modified":"2020-11-17T22:54:42","modified_gmt":"2020-11-17T22:54:42","slug":"novetats-fiscals-per-autonoms-i-pimes-ii","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centregestor.es\/ca\/novetats-fiscals-per-autonoms-i-pimes-ii\/","title":{"rendered":"Novetats fiscals per aut\u00f2noms i PIMES (II)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Tal i com els hi v\u00e0rem en la primera publicaci\u00f3 sobre Novetats fiscals per aut\u00f2noms i PIMES (hipervincle), el proper 4 d\u2019abril comen\u00e7a de forma oficial la campanya de la renta<\/strong>, i com cada any es revisen alguns tributs que afecten especialment als treballadors aut\u00f2noms i les empreses.<\/p>\n<p>Seguidament els hi detallem les principals novetats fiscals que ens quedaven per revisar tret d\u2019aquelles que corresponen a la pr\u00f2pies comunitats aut\u00f2nomes:<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Novetats en l\u2019Impost de Societats<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Documentaci\u00f3 d\u2019operacions vinculades. Informaci\u00f3 pa\u00eds per pa\u00eds.<\/strong> Es modifica la regulaci\u00f3 de la declaraci\u00f3 informativa anomenada \u00abinformaci\u00f3 pa\u00eds per pa\u00eds\u00bb per adequar-la a la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.boe.es\/diario_boe\/txt.php?id=DOUE-L-2016-81017\">Directiva Comunit\u00e0ria 2016\/881<\/a>, especialment pel que fa a la determinaci\u00f3 de quines s\u00f3n les entitats del grup que han de presentar la informaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>S&#8217;estableix un nou sup\u00f2sit d&#8217;excepci\u00f3 a l&#8217;obligaci\u00f3 de retenir en relaci\u00f3 amb les quantitats satisfetes pels fons de pensions oberts com a conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia del reintegrament o mobilitzaci\u00f3 de participacions dels fons de pensions inversors o dels plans de pensions inversors<\/li>\n<li><strong>La conversi\u00f3 d&#8217;actius per impost diferit en cr\u00e8dit exigible davant l&#8217;Administraci\u00f3 tribut\u00e0ria, <\/strong>es desenvolupa reglament\u00e0riament el procediment per a la compensaci\u00f3 i abonament d&#8217;aquests cr\u00e8dits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Novetats en l\u2019Impost de Successions i Donacions<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Refer\u00e8ncia Cadastral<\/strong>. En l&#8217;adquisici\u00f3 de b\u00e9ns immobles, la declaraci\u00f3 de l&#8217;impost ha d&#8217;incloure la refer\u00e8ncia cadastral dels immobles transmesos, el qual contribuir\u00e0 a una correcta identificaci\u00f3 i, per tant, millorar la gesti\u00f3 de l&#8217;impost i facilitar el subministrament i intercanvi d&#8217;informaci\u00f3 entre l&#8217;administraci\u00f3 gestora de l&#8217;impost i el cadastre.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Acreditaci\u00f3 del compliment de les obligacions<\/strong>. Per facilitar la gesti\u00f3 de l&#8217;impost d&#8217;ISD, en particular als no residents que han de declarar a la Hisenda p\u00fablica estatal, s&#8217;estableix que es podr\u00e0 acreditar el compliment de les obligacions relatives a l&#8217;Impost mitjan\u00e7ant certificat expedit per l&#8217;Ag\u00e8ncia Estatal d&#8217;Administraci\u00f3 Tribut\u00e0ria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Altres novetats<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Obligaci\u00f3 de portar els llibres de comptabilitat exigits a trav\u00e9s de l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 de la seu electr\u00f2nica de la AEAT.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Mesures especials en la lluita i prevenci\u00f3 contra el frau fiscal<\/strong> com son l&#8217;obligaci\u00f3 d&#8217;identificaci\u00f3 dels cessionaris i cedents, de l&#8217;habitatge cedit i de l&#8217;import pel qual s&#8217;ha cedit en les plataformes col\u00b7laboratives i <strong>sancions per omissi\u00f3<\/strong> en el endarreriment l\u2019actualitzaci\u00f3 dels llibres de registre de factures expedides i rebudes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Impost sobre b\u00e9ns immobles (IBI).
