{"id":7980,"date":"2018-09-16T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2018-09-16T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centregestor.es\/mesures-per-garantir-lafiliacio-dels-falsos-autonoms-en-el-regim-general\/"},"modified":"2020-11-17T22:55:12","modified_gmt":"2020-11-17T22:55:12","slug":"mesures-per-garantir-lafiliacio-dels-falsos-autonoms-en-el-regim-general","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centregestor.es\/ca\/mesures-per-garantir-lafiliacio-dels-falsos-autonoms-en-el-regim-general\/","title":{"rendered":"Mesures per garantir l&#8217;afiliaci\u00f3 dels falsos aut\u00f2noms en el r\u00e8gim general"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Al BOE del dia 4 d&#8217;agost de 2018 s&#8217;ha publicat el reial decret pel qual es modifica el reglament general sobre inscripci\u00f3 d&#8217;empreses i afiliaci\u00f3, altes, baixes i variacions de dades de treballadors en la Seguretat Social.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;objectiu de les modificacions realitzades en el Reglament de cotitzaci\u00f3 a la Seguretat Social, \u00e9s garantir l&#8217;afiliaci\u00f3 dels falsos aut\u00f2noms en el r\u00e8gim general per a aquells sup\u00f2sits que la Inspecci\u00f3 de Treball detecti que estan enquadrats de forma irregular en el RETA. <strong>Des del 5 d&#8217;agost de 2018<\/strong>, ser\u00e0 necessari <strong>l\u2019informe de la Inspecci\u00f3 de Treball i Seguretat Social<\/strong> per resoldre les sol\u00b7licituds de baixa que es formulin despr\u00e9s d&#8217;haver tramitat l&#8217;alta en el R\u00e8gim General de la Seguretat Social (RGSS) d&#8217;ofici per la inspecci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>De la mateixa manera, mentre es desenvolupi el procediment, les baixes o variacions de dades formulades per empreses o treballadors no produiran efectes ni extingiran l&#8217;obligaci\u00f3 de cotitzar.<\/p>\n<p>Es pret\u00e9n eradicar un comportament detectat despr\u00e9s de l&#8217;alta d&#8217;ofici en el RGSS dels falsos aut\u00f2noms.
