Amb aix\u00f2, es facilita el coneixement de les principals obligacions tribut\u00e0ries estatals, peri\u00f2diques i no peri\u00f2diques, models de declaraci\u00f3 i terminis al llarg de l&#8217;exercici 2019.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Atenci\u00f3!<\/strong> Si el venciment coincideix amb una festivitat local o auton\u00f2mica, el termini finalitza el primer dia h\u00e0bil seg\u00fcent a l&#8217;assenyalat en aquest calendari.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest calendari s&#8217;ha confeccionat al desembre de 2018, amb projectes normatius en tramitaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NOVETATS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"first last\">S&#8217;aprova el model 179 \u00abDeclaraci\u00f3 informativa trimestral de la cessi\u00f3 d&#8217;\u00fas d&#8217;habitatges amb finalitats tur\u00edstiques\u00bb: mes natural seg\u00fcent a la finalitzaci\u00f3 de cada trimestre natural. Exclusivament per a l&#8217;exercici 2018, la declaraci\u00f3 informativa t\u00e9 car\u00e0cter anual, i el seu termini de presentaci\u00f3 \u00e9s entre l&#8217;1 i el 31 de gener de 2019. Es presentar\u00e0 en format XML, mitjan\u00e7ant un servei o formulari web de presentaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"first last\">S&#8217;aprova el model 233 \u00abDeclaraci\u00f3 informativa per despeses en guarderies o centres d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 infantil autoritzats\u00bb: mes de gener de cada any. Exclusivament per a l&#8217;exercici 2018 es presentar\u00e0 entre l&#8217;1 de gener i el 15 de febrer de 2019. Es presentar\u00e0 de forma electr\u00f2nica per internet mitjan\u00e7ant la utilitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;un formulari web.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"first last\">El model 347 (declaraci\u00f3 anual d&#8217;operacions amb terceres persones) es presentar\u00e0 amb car\u00e0cter indefinit el mes de febrer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"first last\">A partir de l&#8217;1 de juliol de 2019 el programa d&#8217;ajuda PADIS del model 200 ja no estar\u00e0 disponible i ser\u00e0 substitu\u00eft pel formulari d&#8217;ajuda -Societats web- per a per\u00edodes impositius iniciats a partir de l&#8217;1 de gener de 2018.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>RECORDI:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"first last\">El 2 d&#8217;abril de 2019 s&#8217;inicia el termini de presentaci\u00f3 per internet de les declaracions de renda i patrimoni 2018.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"first last\">La presentaci\u00f3 electr\u00f2nica per internet es podr\u00e0 realitzar amb DNI electr\u00f2nic, certificat electr\u00f2nic, Cl@ve PIN o n\u00famero de refer\u00e8ncia. Per a tots els models es podr\u00e0 utilitzar el DNI electr\u00f2nic i\/o el certificat electr\u00f2nic, de persones f\u00edsiques, representants de persones jur\u00eddiques i qualsevol altra entitat. La Cl@ve PIN i el n\u00famero de refer\u00e8ncia nom\u00e9s podran ser utilitzats per persones f\u00edsiques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"first last\">Les persones f\u00edsiques disposen del DNI electr\u00f2nic, certificat electr\u00f2nic, Cl@ve PIN o n\u00famero de refer\u00e8ncia per presentar, si escau, declaracions informatives, censals, determinades autoliquidacions, comunicacions i sol\u00b7licituds de devoluci\u00f3, de natura tribut\u00e0ria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"first last\">La Cl@ve PIN, d&#8217;\u00fas exclusiu per persones f\u00edsiques, es podr\u00e0 utilitzar per presentar els models 04, 030, 034, 036, 037, 038, 100, 102, 111, 115, 117, 121, 122, 123, 124, 126, 128, 130, 131, 136, 140, 143, 149, 151, 179, 180, 182, 187, 188, 190, 193, 198, 216,, 233, 282, 296, 303, 308, 309, 341, 345, 347, 349, 360, 361, 364, 365, 368, 390, 560, 568, 572, 576, 584, 585, 586, 587, 589, 590, 650, 651, 655, 714, 720, 848. El n\u00famero de refer\u00e8ncia permet, nom\u00e9s a les persones f\u00edsiques, realitzar gestions relatives a l&#8217;IRPF.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"first last\">Les SA i SL, aix\u00ed com els contribuents adscrits a les Unitats de Gesti\u00f3 de Grans Empreses o a la Delegaci\u00f3 Central de Grans Contribuents, estan obligats a presentar per internet amb certificat electr\u00f2nic les seves declaracions informatives, autoliquidacions i amb car\u00e0cter general tamb\u00e9 les seves declaracions censals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"first last\">La resta d&#8217;entitats (cooperatives, associacions, fundacions) presentaran les autoliquidacions per internet amb certificat electr\u00f2nic o predeclaraci\u00f3 impresa i les declaracions informatives per internet amb certificat electr\u00f2nic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"first last\">Les Administracions p\u00fabliques estan obligades a la presentaci\u00f3 per internet amb certificat electr\u00f2nic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"first last\">Queden exonerats de presentar el model 390 \u00abDeclaraci\u00f3-resum anual de l&#8217;IVA\u00bb els contribuents que, realitzant liquidacions trimestrals d&#8217;IVA, tributin nom\u00e9s en territori com\u00fa i realitzin activitats en r\u00e8gim simplificat i\/o operacions d&#8217;arrendament de b\u00e9ns immobles urbans (encara que realitzin, a m\u00e9s, activitats per les quals no existeixi obligaci\u00f3 de presentar autoliquidacions peri\u00f2diques), aix\u00ed com els subjectes passius que portin els llibres registre a trav\u00e9s de la Seu electr\u00f2nica de l&#8217;Ag\u00e8ncia Tribut\u00e0ria havent d&#8217;emplenar la informaci\u00f3 addicional sol\u00b7licitada, en l&#8217;autoliquidaci\u00f3 del \u00faltim per\u00edode de liquidaci\u00f3 del model 303 d&#8217;IVA de l&#8217;exercici.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"first last\">El sistema de gesti\u00f3 de llibres registre a trav\u00e9s de la Seu electr\u00f2nica de l&#8217;Ag\u00e8ncia Tribut\u00e0ria -SII- consistent en el subministrament electr\u00f2nic dels registres de facturaci\u00f3, \u00e9s obligatori des del 1 de juliol de 2017, per a empresaris, professionals i altres subjectes passius el per\u00edode de liquidaci\u00f3 dels quals coincideixi amb el mes natural: grans empreses (volum d&#8217;operacions d&#8217;acord amb l&#8217;article 121 LIVA superior a 6.010.121,04 \u20ac l&#8217;any anterior), grups d&#8217;IVA i inscrits en el REDEME (Registre de devoluci\u00f3 mensual de l&#8217;IVA).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"first last\">Els qui no estiguin obligats a acollir-se al SII el podran fer de forma volunt\u00e0ria, exercint l&#8217;opci\u00f3 en el model 036: model 036 presentat al llarg de tot l&#8217;exercici. L&#8217;opci\u00f3 s&#8217;entendr\u00e0 prorrogada per als anys seg\u00fcents mentre no es renunci\u00ef a la seva aplicaci\u00f3. La ren\u00fancia es realitzar\u00e0 en el model 036: mes de novembre anterior a l&#8217;inici de l&#8217;any en qu\u00e8 faci efecte.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"first last\">Aquells que apliquin el SII estan exonerats de presentar els models 347 \u00abDeclaraci\u00f3 d&#8217;operacions amb terceres persones\u00bb i 390 \u00abDeclaraci\u00f3 resum anual de l&#8217;IVA\u00bb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Finalment, li recordem que l&#8217;obligatorietat de presentar autoliquidacions peri\u00f2diques, segons l&#8217;impost i l&#8217;obligat tributari, pot ser:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"first last\"><strong>Trimestral<\/strong>, per a empresaris individuals en estimaci\u00f3 objectiva o directa, professionals, societats i ens sense personalitat jur\u00eddica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"first last\"><strong>Mensual<\/strong>, per a empresaris individuals, professionals, societats i ens sense personalitat jur\u00eddica amb volum d&#8217;operacions superior a <strong>6.010.121,04 \u20ac<\/strong> el 2018 (grans empreses), i per a subjectes passius de l&#8217;IVA, que portin de forma obligat\u00f2ria els llibres registre a trav\u00e9s de la Seu electr\u00f2nica de l&#8217;AEAT i les administracions p\u00fabliques, inclosa la Seguretat Social.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Al web de l&#8217;AEAT ja s&#8217;ha publicat el calendari del contribuent per a l&#8217;any 2019.
