Entre les modificacions destaca la baixa per malaltia o incapacitat temporal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Obligatorietat en conting\u00e8ncies professionals<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Per a analitzar aquesta q\u00fcesti\u00f3 hem d&#8217;acudir al Reial decret llei del passat 28 de desembre. En aquesta normativa s&#8217;especifica, en primer lloc, que \u00e9s obligat\u00f2ria la cobertura de les conting\u00e8ncies professionals, que cobreixen accident de treball i\/o la malaltia professional.<\/p>\n<p>Abans d&#8217;aquesta nova mesura, els aut\u00f2noms nom\u00e9s estaven obligats a cotitzar per conting\u00e8ncies comunes.<\/p>\n<p>En el cas que la baixa es produeixi a causa d&#8217;un accident laboral, la m\u00fatua haur\u00e0 d&#8217;abonar tres quartes parts de la base reguladora a partir del segon dia de baixa.<\/p>\n<p>Per contra, si es produeix una malaltia comuna com a detonant de la baixa, s&#8217;abonar\u00e0 el 60 per cent de la base reguladora des del quart dia de baixa, i s&#8217;igualar\u00e0 el 75 per cent una vegada passats 20 dies de baixa.<\/p>\n<p>El treballador aut\u00f2nom tindr\u00e0 dret a altres prestacions derivades de l&#8217;accident laboral, amb les conting\u00e8ncies professionals. Per exemple, una indemnitzaci\u00f3 per seq\u00fceles no invalidants, una indemnitzaci\u00f3 de 24 mensualitats en el cas d&#8217;incapacitat permanent parcial o de 40 si \u00e9s incapacitat total. En aquest cas tamb\u00e9 podria aplicar-se una pensi\u00f3 vital\u00edcia del 55 o 75 per cent de la base reguladora o del seu total si la incapacitat t\u00e9 car\u00e0cter absolut.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La quota l&#8217;haig de pagar o no?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Explicar l&#8217;anterior \u00e9s important per a entendre si l&#8217;aut\u00f2nom ha d&#8217;abonar la seva quota quan est\u00e0 de baixa. Perqu\u00e8 l&#8217;obligatorietat de cotitzar per conting\u00e8ncies professionals encareix el que paguen mensualment aquests tipus de professionals. Per tant, s&#8217;ha intentat compensar aquest esfor\u00e7, millorant certes cobertures dels aut\u00f2noms.<\/p>\n<p>Pel que fa al pagament de quotes durant la baixa per malaltia o incapacitat temporal, el professional queda alliberat de pagar les quotes d&#8217;aut\u00f2noms a partir del segon mes de baixa, la qual cosa suposa un important alleujament per a aquells professionals que es trobin en aquesta situaci\u00f3.
