{"id":8046,"date":"2019-04-09T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2019-04-09T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centregestor.es\/nova-bonificacio-per-a-la-contractacio-daturats-de-llarga-durada\/"},"modified":"2020-11-17T22:55:49","modified_gmt":"2020-11-17T22:55:49","slug":"nova-bonificacio-per-a-la-contractacio-daturats-de-llarga-durada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centregestor.es\/ca\/nova-bonificacio-per-a-la-contractacio-daturats-de-llarga-durada\/","title":{"rendered":"Nova bonificaci\u00f3 per a la contractaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aturats de llarga durada"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;informem que des del passat 1 d&#8217;abril, el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/eli\/es\/rdl\/2019\/03\/08\/8\">Reial decret llei 8\/2019<\/a> (RDL), de 8 de mar\u00e7, ha regulat una nova bonificaci\u00f3 per la contractaci\u00f3 laboral de persones desocupades de llarga durada.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3 li expliquem els requisits d&#8217;aquesta nova bonificaci\u00f3 i les condicions per a poder aplicar-la.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qui i a qui es pot aplicar la bonificaci\u00f3?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A tots els ocupadors, amb independ\u00e8ncia de la mida de l&#8217;empresa i de l&#8217;edat del treballador), que contractin indefinidament a persones desocupades i inscrites en l&#8217;oficina d&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 almenys 12 mesos en els 18 mesos anteriors a la contractaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bonificaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tindran dret, des de la data de subscripci\u00f3 del contracte:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"first last\">A una bonificaci\u00f3 mensual de la quota empresarial a la Seguretat Social o, si escau, pel seu equivalent diari, per treballador contractat de 108,33 euros\/mes (1.300 euros\/any) durant tres anys.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"first last\">Quan aquests contractes es concertin amb dones, les bonificacions indicades seran de 125 euros\/mes (1.500 euros\/any) durant tres anys.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"first last\">Si el contracte se subscriu a temps parcial les bonificacions es gaudiran de manera proporcional a la jornada de treball pactada en el contracte.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Atenci\u00f3.<\/strong> Tenen dret a aquesta bonificaci\u00f3 els contractes indefinits efectuats a partir de l&#8217;1 d&#8217;abril del 2019.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requisits<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquesta bonificaci\u00f3 va lligada al compliment dels requisits generals fixats en mat\u00e8ria de bonificacions, entre altres, estar al corrent de pagament, no contractar a familiars, o no contractar a empleats que haguessin treballat en l&#8217;empresa amb contracte indefinit en els \u00faltims 24 mesos o amb contracte temporal en els \u00faltims sis.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, s&#8217;exigeix:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"first last\">L&#8217;empresa haur\u00e0 de mantenir en l&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 al treballador contractat almenys tres anys des de la data d&#8217;inici de la relaci\u00f3 laboral.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"first last\">Aix\u00ed mateix, haur\u00e0 de mantenir el nivell d&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 en l&#8217;empresa assolit amb el contracte durant, almenys, dos anys des de la seva subscripci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En cas d&#8217;incompliment d&#8217;aquestes obligacions s&#8217;haur\u00e0 de procedir al reintegrament de l&#8217;incentiu.<\/p>\n<p>No obstant aix\u00f2, no es consideraran incomplertes les obligacions de manteniment de l&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 anteriors quan el contracte de treball s&#8217;extingeixi per causes objectives o per acomiadament disciplinari quan l&#8217;un o l&#8217;altre sigui declarat o reconegut com a procedent, ni les extincions causades per dimissi\u00f3, mort, jubilaci\u00f3 o incapacitat permanent total, absoluta o gran invalidesa dels treballadors o per l&#8217;expiraci\u00f3 del temps convingut o realitzaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;obra o servei objecte del contracte o per resoluci\u00f3 durant el per\u00edode de prova.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;informem que des del passat 1 d&#8217;abril, el Reial decret llei 8\/2019 (RDL), de 8 de mar\u00e7, ha<\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":7308,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_joinchat":[],"footnotes":""},"categories":[],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-8046","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 -
