{"id":8092,"date":"2019-12-21T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2019-12-21T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centregestor.es\/novetats-en-les-declaracions-informatives-2019-a-presentar-en-2020\/"},"modified":"2020-11-17T22:56:13","modified_gmt":"2020-11-17T22:56:13","slug":"novetats-en-les-declaracions-informatives-2019-a-presentar-en-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centregestor.es\/ca\/novetats-en-les-declaracions-informatives-2019-a-presentar-en-2020\/","title":{"rendered":"Novetats en les declaracions informatives 2019 a presentar en 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;Ag\u00e8ncia Tribut\u00e0ria ha publicat en la seva p\u00e0gina web una presentaci\u00f3 sobre la Campanya de declaracions informatives 2019 que recull els seg\u00fcents assumptes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Novetats en Declaracions informatives 2019<\/li>\n<li>Consultes i altres q\u00fcestions<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Principals novetats t\u00e8cniques<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La campanya de Declaracions informatives 2019, comen\u00e7a aquest mes de desembre i es prolonga fins a finals de gener del 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Entre altres novetats, destaquen la substituci\u00f3 del sistema de transmissi\u00f3 de grans volums d&#8217;informaci\u00f3 (TGVI) pel sistema de TGVI Online, que s&#8217;amplia a 19 models m\u00e9s; la supressi\u00f3 de la possibilitat de presentar telem\u00e0ticament per lots 16 models, aix\u00ed com el sistema de presentaci\u00f3 per SMS per als models 190, 347 i 390, per als quals tamb\u00e9 desapareix la possibilitat de presentar declaracions complement\u00e0ries o substitutives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eliminaci\u00f3 de predeclaracions mitjan\u00e7ant SMS (models 190, 347 i 390)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se suprimeix la possibilitat de presentar predeclaracions mitjan\u00e7ant SMS en les declaracions informatives 347, 390 i 190, per la qual cosa la presentaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquests models s&#8217;haur\u00e0 de realitzar mitjan\u00e7ant:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Certificat electr\u00f2nic reconegut<\/li>\n<li>Cl@ve (nom\u00e9s per a persones f\u00edsiques)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Extensi\u00f3 del sistema TGVI Online (eliminaci\u00f3 de presentaci\u00f3 via TGVI)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;eliminaci\u00f3 de la via d&#8217;entrada TGVI \u00e9s conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de la seva substituci\u00f3 per la de TGVI Online, la qual cosa permet assegurar la qualitat de la informaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest sentit, cal recordar que la via de presentaci\u00f3 TGVI tradicional permetia l&#8217;entrada de registres amb errors. No obstant aix\u00f2, el TGVI Online valida en l\u00ednia i permet la presentaci\u00f3 parcial, nom\u00e9s de registres correctes, per la qual cosa s&#8217;evita un tractament addicional de la informaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eliminaci\u00f3 de presentaci\u00f3 via EDFI (entrada mitjan\u00e7ant fitxer)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;extensi\u00f3 del sistema TGVI Online implica tamb\u00e9 la supressi\u00f3 de la via d&#8217;entrada EDFI (excepte per als models 294, 295 i 996).<\/p>\n<p>Els models que tenen formulari d&#8217;ajuda a la presentaci\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 admeten la c\u00e0rrega del fitxer amb format disseny de registre per a la seva posterior presentaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El sistema TGVI Online disposa d&#8217;un API de presentaci\u00f3 de declaracions que substitueix a l&#8217;anterior sistema de presentaci\u00f3 m\u00e0quina a m\u00e0quina.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eliminaci\u00f3 de presentaci\u00f3 via lots<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At\u00e8s que s&#8217;elimina el mecanisme de presentaci\u00f3 directa tradicional, s&#8217;elimina tamb\u00e9 la possibilitat de la presentaci\u00f3 per lots (models 038, 180, 181, 182, 184, 188, 189, 190, 193, 198, 294, 295, 296, 345, 347, 349).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eliminaci\u00f3 de multienviaments (model 280)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El model 280 contemplava un sistema de multienviaments, consistent en la divisi\u00f3 en fitxers de fins a 30.000 registres de les declaracions per permetre&#8217;n la validaci\u00f3.
