{"id":9556,"date":"2020-05-01T23:00:17","date_gmt":"2020-05-01T23:00:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centregestor.es\/?p=9556"},"modified":"2020-12-01T23:11:45","modified_gmt":"2020-12-01T23:11:45","slug":"guia-para-salir-a-la-calle-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centregestor.es\/ca\/guia-para-salir-a-la-calle-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Gu\u00eda para salir a la calle"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ma\u00f1ana s\u00e1bado 2 de mayo Espa\u00f1a dar\u00e1 un nuevo paso hacia la desescalada del estado de alarma por la pandemia de\u00a0coronavirus\u00a0con la<strong>\u00a0entrada en vigor de nuevas medidas de alivio: se podr\u00e1 pasear, hacer deporte<\/strong>, pero con limitaciones y con unas franjas horarias determinadas, como publica este viernes el\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/boe\/dias\/2020\/05\/01\/pdfs\/BOE-A-2020-4767.pdf\"><strong>Bolet\u00edn Oficial del Estado<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son las franjas horarias?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>De 6 a 10 de la ma\u00f1ana<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El d\u00eda se abrir\u00e1 pronto para\u00a0deportistas y personas mayores de 14 a\u00f1os. El\u00a0<strong>deporte<\/strong>\u00a0se podr\u00e1 practicar de manera individual, una vez al d\u00eda, sin contacto con otra persona\u00a0y la limitaci\u00f3n de distancia la pondr\u00e1 la frontera de tu municipio.<\/p>\n<p>Se podr\u00e1\u00a0<strong>pasear\u00a0<\/strong>a un kil\u00f3metro de distancia del domicilio y con un acompa\u00f1ante conviviente como m\u00e1ximo aunque\u00a0<strong>la orden no establece l\u00edmite de tiempo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El paseo o el ejercicio f\u00edsico podr\u00e1 realizarse\u00a0<strong>por cualquier v\u00eda o espacio de uso p\u00fablico<\/strong>, incluidos los espacios naturales y zonas verdes autorizadas, aunque no se podr\u00e1 acceder a instalaciones deportivas cubiertas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>No se podr\u00e1 hacer uso de veh\u00edculo motorizado<\/strong>\u00a0o de transporte p\u00fablico para desplazarse a otros espacios.<\/p>\n<p>La actividad f\u00edsica o el paseo se deben realizar de manera continuada,\u00a0<strong>evitando paradas innecesarias<\/strong>\u00a0en la v\u00eda o espacios p\u00fablicos y, cuando se lleven a cabo, se har\u00e1n por el tiempo estrictamente necesario.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De 10 a 12 de la ma\u00f1ana<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los\u00a0<strong>mayores de 70 a\u00f1os y personas dependientes<\/strong>\u00a0podr\u00e1n salir a pasear en esta franja horaria. Las personas dependientes podr\u00e1n salir con su cuidador, una vez al d\u00eda como m\u00e1ximo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De 12 a 19 de la tarde<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los\u00a0<strong>ni\u00f1os menores de 14 a\u00f1os<\/strong>\u00a0podr\u00e1n salir, como ya hacen desde el pasado domingo, pero solo en este horario, de 12:00 a 19:00 horas. Seguir\u00e1 siendo con la &#8216;regla de los cuatro unos&#8217;: una hora, a un kil\u00f3metro de distancia,\u00a0<strong>una vez al d\u00eda y acompa\u00f1ado de un adulto<\/strong>, progenitor o responsable autorizado.<\/p>\n<p>Sanidad ha especificado que ser\u00e1 totalmente compatible que una persona\u00a0<strong>salga a practicar deporte o pasear y adem\u00e1s acompa\u00f1e a sus hijos<\/strong>\u00a0pues son \u00abactividades diferentes\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De 19 al 20 de la tarde<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se trata de la segunda franja horaria disponible para los\u00a0<strong>mayores de 70 a\u00f1os y personas dependientes<\/strong>\u00a0que no hayan salido en su horario matinal permitido, ya que solo est\u00e1 permitida una salida al d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De 20 a 23 de la noche<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cierran el d\u00eda las personas que pueden abrirlo.\u00a0<strong>Deporte individual y paseos<\/strong>\u00a0con las restricciones para adultos mayores de 14 a\u00f1os que, igualmente, no hayan salido por la ma\u00f1ana.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1nto tiempo puedo salir a la calle?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aunque se hab\u00eda especulado con que tuviera una limitaci\u00f3n de una hora como los paseos de los ni\u00f1os hasta ahora, finalmente el Gobierno ha optado por permitir estas actividades durante\u00a0<strong>el total de las franjas horarias<\/strong>, es decir, no hay duraci\u00f3n m\u00e1xima establecida dentro de esos horarios.
