{"id":9572,"date":"2020-03-19T23:00:23","date_gmt":"2020-03-19T23:00:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centregestor.es\/?p=9572"},"modified":"2020-12-01T23:03:20","modified_gmt":"2020-12-01T23:03:20","slug":"prestacion-extraordinaria-para-autonomos-por-la-crisis-ocasionada-del-covid-19-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centregestor.es\/ca\/prestacion-extraordinaria-para-autonomos-por-la-crisis-ocasionada-del-covid-19-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Prestaci\u00f3n extraordinaria para aut\u00f3nomos por la crisis ocasionada del COVID 19"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Distinguido\/a Cliente,<\/p>\n<p>Tenemos a bien informarle que el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/pdf\/2020\/BOE-A-2020-3824-consolidado.pdf\">Real Decreto-ley 8\/2020<\/a>, de 17 de marzo, de medidas urgentes extraordinarias para hacer frente al impacto econ\u00f3mico y social del COVID-19, implanta las <u>medidas de acci\u00f3n para gestionar la prestaci\u00f3n extraordinaria por cese de actividad <\/u>para los afectados por declaraci\u00f3n del estado de alarma para la gesti\u00f3n de la situaci\u00f3n de crisis sanitaria ocasionada por el COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p>Con car\u00e1cter excepcional y <u>vigencia limitada a un mes<\/u>, a partir de la entrada en vigor del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/eli\/es\/rd\/2020\/03\/14\/463\/dof\/spa\/pdf\">Real Decreto 463\/2020<\/a>, de 14 de marzo, por el que se declara el estado de alarma para la gesti\u00f3n de la situaci\u00f3n de crisis sanitaria ocasionada por el COVID-19, <u>o hasta el \u00faltimo d\u00eda del mes en que finalice dicho estado de alarma, de prolongarse \u00e9ste durante m\u00e1s de un mes<\/u>, los aut\u00f3nomos, cuyas actividades queden suspendidas, en virtud de lo previsto en el mencionado Real Decreto, o, en otro caso, cuando su facturaci\u00f3n en el mes anterior al que se solicita la prestaci\u00f3n se vea reducida, al menos, en un 75% en relaci\u00f3n con el promedio de facturaci\u00f3n del semestre anterior, <u>tendr\u00e1n derecho a la prestaci\u00f3n extraordinaria por cese de actividad que se regula en este art\u00edculo,<\/u> siempre que cumplan los siguientes requisitos:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requisitos y c\u00e1lculo del cobro de la prestaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Estar afiliados y en alta, en la fecha de la declaraci\u00f3n del estado de alarma, en el R\u00e9gimen Especial de la Seguridad Social de los Trabajadores por Cuenta Propia o Aut\u00f3nomos o, en su caso, en el R\u00e9gimen Especial de la Seguridad Social de los Trabajadores del Mar. No es preciso tener la cobertura de cese de actividad.<\/p>\n<p>En el supuesto de que su actividad no se vea directamente suspendida en virtud de lo previsto en el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/eli\/es\/rd\/2020\/03\/14\/463\/dof\/spa\/pdf\">Real Decreto 463\/2020<\/a>, de 14 de marzo, acreditar la reducci\u00f3n de su facturaci\u00f3n en, al menos, un 75 por ciento, en relaci\u00f3n con la efectuada en el semestre anterior.<\/p>\n<p>Hallarse al corriente en el pago de las cuotas a la Seguridad Social. No obstante, si en la fecha de la suspensi\u00f3n de la actividad o de la reducci\u00f3n de la facturaci\u00f3n no se cumpliera este requisito, el \u00f3rgano gestor invitar\u00e1 al pago al trabajador aut\u00f3nomo para que en el plazo improrrogable de treinta d\u00edas naturales ingrese las cuotas debidas. La regularizaci\u00f3n del descubierto producir\u00e1 plenos efectos para la adquisici\u00f3n del derecho a la protecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La cuant\u00eda ser\u00e1 el 70% de la base reguladora mensual; \u00e9sta se calcula con la media de las bases por las que la persona haya cotizado durante los 12 meses anteriores a la situaci\u00f3n legal de cese de actividad.<\/p>\n<p>Excepcionalmente, si no acredita el periodo m\u00ednimo de cotizaci\u00f3n, podr\u00e1 cobrar esta prestaci\u00f3n, no existiendo carencia m\u00ednima.<\/p>\n<p>El tiempo de su percepci\u00f3n se entender\u00e1 como cotizado y no reducir\u00e1 los per\u00edodos de prestaci\u00f3n por cese de actividad a los que el beneficiario pueda tener derecho en el futuro.<\/p>\n<p>La percepci\u00f3n de esta prestaci\u00f3n extraordinaria es incompatible con cualquier otra prestaci\u00f3n de la Seguridad Social.<\/p>\n<p>Le mantendremos informando sobre las medidas que puedan ir presentando las distintas administraciones.
