{"id":9811,"date":"2019-03-17T22:19:54","date_gmt":"2019-03-17T22:19:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centregestor.es\/?p=9811"},"modified":"2020-12-03T22:20:11","modified_gmt":"2020-12-03T22:20:11","slug":"novedades-campana-de-la-renta-2018-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centregestor.es\/ca\/novedades-campana-de-la-renta-2018-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Novedades Campa\u00f1a de la Renta 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>La Campa\u00f1a de la Renta 2018<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>comenzar\u00e1 de forma oficial el pr\u00f3ximo martes 2 abril. <\/strong>Es importante saber si tenemos la obligaci\u00f3n de declarar o no.<\/p>\n<p>Las personas con obligaci\u00f3n de hacer la declaraci\u00f3n de la renta son aquellas que declaren unos ingresos superiores a los 22.000 euros brutos anuales procediendo de un solo pagador.<\/p>\n<p>Aquellos contribuyentes que hayan percibido rentas de un segundo o m\u00e1s pagadores superiores a los 1.500 euros y declaren rendimientos del trabajo inferiores a 12.643 euros no est\u00e1n obligados a hacer la declaraci\u00f3n de la renta.<\/p>\n<p>Algunas de las novedades destacadas que presenta la campa\u00f1a de la renta 2018 son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La incorporaci\u00f3n de la exenci\u00f3n de las retenciones de prestaciones de maternidad y paternidad: estar\u00e1n exentas de tributar las prestaciones por maternidad y paternidad, tras la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/centregestor.es\/ca\/ts-establece-las-prestaciones-maternidad-estan-exentas-del-irpf\/\">sentencia del Tribunal Supremo del pasado mes de octubre<\/a>de 2018, que llev\u00f3 a Hacienda a devolver lo cobrado desde 2014.<\/li>\n<li>El incremento de hasta 600 euros anuales, por cada uno de los hijos que formen parte de la familia numerosa que exceda del n\u00famero m\u00ednimo de hijos exigido para que dicha familia haya adquirido la condici\u00f3n de familia numerosa de categor\u00eda general o especial, entre otras.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Las fechas que marcan el calendario fiscal para la\u00a0<strong>Campa\u00f1a de la Renta 2018<\/strong>\u00a0son las siguientes: 15 de marzo, 2 de abril, 9 de mayo, 14 de mayo, 26 de junio, 28 de junio y 1 de julio.<\/p>\n<p>Desde el pasado 15 de marzo, es posible solicitar y descargar en la\u00a0web\u00a0de la\u00a0Agencia Tributaria\u00a0los\u00a0datos fiscales\u00a0sobre el ejercicio del 2018, as\u00ed como pedir el n\u00famero de referencia para hacer gestiones relacionados con el\u00a0IRPF\u00a0o bajar la actualizaci\u00f3n de la\u00a0aplicaci\u00f3n\u00a0que estrenaron el a\u00f1o pasado.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>2 de abril se inicia la Campa\u00f1a de la Renta 2018, <\/strong>para poder presentar la declaraci\u00f3n de la renta.\u00a0<strong>El 9 de mayo,<\/strong>\u00a0cuando se abre el servicio de cita previa, mientras que el\u00a0<strong>14 de mayo<\/strong>\u00a0empieza la atenci\u00f3n presencial en las oficinas para realizar o modificar el borrador y presentar la declaraci\u00f3n. Y el\u00a0<strong>26 de junio es el \u00faltimo d\u00eda para presentar la declaraci\u00f3n de la renta para todos aquellos que deben devolver dinero a Hacienda con domiciliaci\u00f3n bancaria<\/strong>. El 28 de junio finaliza el plazo para solicitar cita previa para realizar la declaraci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de todas las v\u00edas. La\u00a0<strong>campa\u00f1a acaba el 1 de julio.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los contribuyentes podr\u00e1n pagar a Hacienda de una sola vez o pedir un pago fraccionado. El\u00a0<strong>5 de noviembre\u00a0<\/strong>es la fecha l\u00edmite en la que Hacienda efect\u00faa el segundo cobro a todos aquellos contribuyentes que hayan optado por el\u00a0<strong>pago fraccionado<\/strong>. Se efect\u00faa el primer pago del 60% del importe en el momento de presentar la declaraci\u00f3n de la renta, ya sea en efectivo o por domiciliaci\u00f3n bancaria.
