{"id":9921,"date":"2018-10-13T15:40:11","date_gmt":"2018-10-13T15:40:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centregestor.es\/?p=9921"},"modified":"2020-12-04T15:40:30","modified_gmt":"2020-12-04T15:40:30","slug":"quien-puede-reclamar-y-como-el-irpf-por-maternidad-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centregestor.es\/ca\/quien-puede-reclamar-y-como-el-irpf-por-maternidad-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Qui\u00e9n puede reclamar y c\u00f3mo el IRPF por maternidad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Tal y como les contamos en el <a href=\"https:\/\/centregestor.es\/ca\/ts-establece-las-prestaciones-maternidad-estan-exentas-del-irpf\/\">blog<\/a> recientemente, el Tribunal Supremo ha establecido que las prestaciones por maternidad est\u00e1n libres de IRPF, esto significa que miles de padres y madres est\u00e1n en condiciones de reclamar lo que pagaron en su d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>La devoluci\u00f3n la pueden solicitar todas aquellas personas que hayan sido padres y cobraron prestaci\u00f3n a partir de 2014. Los padres que hayan disfrutado el tiempo cedido por la madre tambi\u00e9n pueden pedirla.
