{"id":9929,"date":"2018-09-30T15:46:08","date_gmt":"2018-09-30T15:46:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centregestor.es\/?p=9929"},"modified":"2020-12-04T15:46:28","modified_gmt":"2020-12-04T15:46:28","slug":"actuaciones-extraordinarias-de-la-inspeccion-de-trabajo-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centregestor.es\/ca\/actuaciones-extraordinarias-de-la-inspeccion-de-trabajo-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Actuaciones extraordinarias de la inspecci\u00f3n de trabajo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Distinguido\/a cliente,<\/p>\n<p>La Inspecci\u00f3n de Trabajo de la Seguridad Social ha iniciado una serie de actuaciones extraordinarias, basadas en el \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/boe\/dias\/2018\/07\/28\/pdfs\/BOE-A-2018-10653.pdf\">plan director por un trabajo digno 2018-2019-20-20<\/a>\u00ab, con la finalidad de atacar las situaciones de abuso laboral, enfocadas principalmente contra tres formas de fraudes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La primera de estas actuaciones se centrar\u00e1 en la pr\u00e1ctica empresarial de dar de baja a los trabajadores en la seguridad social durante el periodo vacacional y volver a contratarlos despu\u00e9s para ahorrarse las cotizaciones de verano. Esta campa\u00f1a que se iniciar\u00e1 en septiembre estar\u00e1 focalizada <strong>en el colectivo de profesores y en empresas del sector educativo, as\u00ed como en el de la construcci\u00f3n <\/strong>donde est\u00e1 pr\u00e1ctica tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 extendida.<\/li>\n<li>La segunda y la tercera actuaci\u00f3n combatir\u00e1 las anomal\u00edas de las empresas <strong>en la declaraci\u00f3n de horas extraordinarias y el abuso en la contrataci\u00f3n temporal sin justificaci\u00f3n de la actividad.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sobre estos \u00faltimos dos puntos, recordarles una vez m\u00e1s que, los contratos eventuales, salvo los de car\u00e1cter formativo -en pr\u00e1cticas-, tan solo pueden celebrarse cuando su formalizaci\u00f3n obedezca a una situaci\u00f3n excepcional, fuera de la actividad normal de la empresa.
